1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Knowspace (the "Service"), provided by Knowspace Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Knowspace is an AI-powered knowledge management and documentation workspace. We provide tools for creating, organizing, searching, and summarizing organizational knowledge.

3. Account & Content Ownership

• Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights in and to the content you create, upload, or store in Knowspace. We claim no ownership over your data.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, reverse engineering, distributing malware, or abusing system resources.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Lifetime Passes

Free plans are available without payment. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Early Supporter Lifetime Access grants perpetual access to standard and pro platform capabilities without recurring fees, subject to terms specified at purchase.

5. Service Availability & SLA

We target 99.9% uptime for our core application. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. Business and Enterprise tier subscribers receive specific SLA guarantees detailed in their respective Service Agreements.

6. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your workspace data before permanent deletion.
